These Terms & Conditions apply when you place an order with Bella Love Kingdom through www.bellalovekingdom.co.uk. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the goods shown in your order.
Please check your order details, delivery address and any personalised information carefully before placing your order.
A contract is formed when we accept your order and send you confirmation.
We may be unable to accept an order, for example if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious error in the price or product description, or we cannot deliver to your location.
If we cannot accept your order, we will let you know and refund any payment already taken for that order.
All orders must be paid for using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Any quotation provided by Bella Love Kingdom is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
PRICES
The price of each product will be shown on our website.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before you place your order.
Bella Love Kingdom is not currently registered for VAT and does not charge VAT.
If our VAT registration status changes, our website and these Terms & Conditions will be updated as appropriate.
PERSONALISED & CUSTOM ORDERS
Please check all names, wording, sizes, colours and other personalised details carefully before submitting your order.
Goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised are generally excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately.
Please be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or display settings.
As some Bella Love Kingdom products may be handmade, personalised or made to order, minor variations may occur where appropriate.
All products are subject to availability.
DELIVERY
Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Available delivery options, charges and any delivery restrictions will be displayed on the website or during checkout.
Delivery times provided are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
Please allow any additional preparation time stated for personalised, customised or made-to-order products.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver goods without undue delay and normally no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into.
If delivery is delayed, your statutory rights are not affected.
Risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
For eligible goods purchased online, you normally have the legal right to cancel your contract without giving a reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
If goods from one order are delivered separately, the cancellation period generally runs from the day on which you receive the last of those goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must tell Bella Love Kingdom clearly that you wish to cancel.

You may use the Model Cancellation Form at the end of these Terms & Conditions, but you do not have to use it.
Your cancellation communication must be sent before the cancellation period expires.
EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATION RIGHTS
The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to certain goods where the law provides an exception.
This includes goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.
Other statutory exceptions may also apply where relevant.
These exceptions do not affect your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
RETURNING GOODS AFTER CANCELLATION
If you cancel an eligible order after receiving the goods, you must return them without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to cancel.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind cancellation, where you were informed of this before purchase.
You must take reasonable care of the goods.
We may make a deduction from your refund for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
REFUNDS FOLLOWING CANCELLATION
Where you validly exercise your statutory cancellation right, we will refund the payments we are legally required to refund.
This includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option offered for your order.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our standard delivery option.
Where goods must be returned, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and within the time limits required by applicable consumer law.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We have a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract.
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where required by law.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you receive an incorrect item, or the goods otherwise do not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide your order details and information about the problem. We may ask for photographs or other information reasonably required to help us understand and resolve the issue.
We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your consumer rights.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We will not be responsible for a failure or delay in performing our obligations where this results from circumstances outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
If such circumstances affect your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise their effect and contact you where appropriate.
Nothing in this section affects consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain any rights you have under applicable law to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable law.
The Terms & Conditions that apply to your purchase will be those in effect when you place your order.
