All orders are carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch.

Please allow additional processing time for personalised, customised or handmade items, as these are created especially for you. Estimated delivery times will be provided where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal or courier delays outside our control.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delays or failed delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Eligible non-personalised items may be returned in accordance with your statutory rights. Where a return is accepted, items should be returned unused and in their original condition, unless they are being returned because they are faulty or damaged.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Items that have been personalised, customised or made specifically to your requirements generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet your legal rights as a consumer.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

We may ask you to provide photographs where appropriate so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your consumer rights.
